About Me

My name is Cory Schubert. I've been buying houses since 2007. As a young college student, I experienced the sad inventory of rental housing in Oshkosh. A lot of the properties were poorly managed and the deferred maintenance was disappointing. Tired of paying rent to live in these distressed properties, I bought my first property. A month after my 21st birthday I bought an upper lower duplex that needed some work. After fixing up each unit and seeing the excitement on the new residents faces I was hooked.

From the beginning my goal has been to provide superior housing options. I can now offer clients a wide range of housing services; from purchasing unwanted houses, rehabbing distressed houses to like-new condition, and providing for housing needs, my job is to bring you to relief.
